At Yassmiin, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and straightforward return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale products
  • Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Yassmiin is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you need a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • Reach out to our support team for assistance
